THE BELLE ÂME CHRONICLES

Let's Go Back Home!!

Down The River

In a world where elves and humans coexist, the Washingtons are more than just the artistic, hippie family next door. Beneath their artistic façade lies a web of secrets, including their involvement in a year-old murder and the mysterious disappearance of Blythe's cousin, Georgia.

Thrust into a web of deception and hidden truths, Blythe and Nathalian must navigate the intricate tapestry of their elven heritage and the human world. But as the family grapples with the fragile mental state of Nathalian's brother Edwin and the whirlwind of their teenage daughters' lives, signs emerge hinting at Georgia's unexpected return. And she is not happy.

Unravelling Georgia's fate means delving deep into a labyrinth of urban fantasy and mystery. But in their quest for answers, Blythe and Nathalian risk exposing their darkest secrets and endangering the very essence of their marriage. Will the Washingtons' pursuit of truth save them, or will it plunge them further into chaos?

Reaper's Creek

It’s happening again... Three months after secrets and deception rocked the Washington family, Blythe and Nathalian remain haunted by everything that transpired, while Edwin and Moira embrace parenthood, a ray of hope amidst the family’s lingering turmoil.

Just when a semblance of normalcy starts to return, a cryptic postcard and a chilling series of photographs arrive, catapulting the Washingtons into a new vortex of evil. The stakes are higher as Blythe, Nathalian, Edwin, and Moira don their sleuthing hats once more, delving into a dark path that threatens to unravel the fabric of their lives. Before long, discoveries of deception rock the family, placing Blythe's marriage to Nathalian and Edwin's relationship with Moira in jeopardy.

Amidst this chaos, the truth about Georgia’s mysterious disappearance begins to surface, revealing a sinister plot far beyond what the Washingtons ever imagined. With danger escalating and the forces of evil closing in, a critical question looms: How far can the Washingtons push their luck before the darkness consumes them?

Beneath A Mountain Moon

The disastrous events of the twins' Carnival birthday were only the start of the plague... Death and personal injuries are brushed aside as the discovery of a new family member divides the Washingtons. She looks just like Georgia. But she's not Georgia. And therein lies the problem.

None of the Washingtons trust Sienna Golightly. They also can't afford to let her slip away. Factor in Reaper's Dark Web nonsense and an erratic series of daisies, and the already frazzled family of elves quickly slips into their respective neurotic panics. When Edwin considers moving away from Belle Âme, Nathalian knows that time is of the essence. And since his knee injury still has him bedridden, he has no choice but to dispatch Jaxyn as his #1 Sleuth.

Naturally, everyone objects to this, but they're too wound up in their own messes to properly connect the dots. As the (mostly) fearless Jaxyn comes dangerously close to the truth, can her fellow Washingtons work together to end the mysteries of Belle Âme? Or will they discover that the answers they seek have been right under their feet this whole time?

Georgia Wants To Play

The stakes are higher than ever before as Nathalian, Edwin, Blythe, and Moira find themselves trapped within Georgia Komanduri's Red Room.

The injured Washingtons try to escape Georgia's infamous Red Room, but a pair of maniacal twins, a deranged carny, and the corpses of their past team up to keep them there for good. A twisted audience watches from behind their own computer screens, leaving Sevii, Ramona, and Jaxyn to place their trust in the murderous Reaper Blackthorn for assistance.

Georgia's tools of taunt and torture work to extract hidden secrets from her prey while sewing seeds of division, and the Washingtons' formerly close family dynamic irreparably frays. And just when things couldn't get worse, the return of one ghost from Nathalian's past and several catastrophic decisions ensure that not everyone will escape from Georgia's Red Room alive.

Studies In Mischief

As much as things change, generational layers of deception will always remain the same... While they may have physically survived Georgia’s Red Room two years prior, a permanent rift has been driven through the Washington family. Sevii defects from Belle Âme to live with Edwin, Moira, and their children, while Blythe struggles to make ends meet for the remaining Belle Âme residents.

Jaxyn takes her sleuthing to a new level, working beside Reaper Blackthorn to track down the mysterious Gwendolin Washington on behalf of her father. Reaper grows concerned with Jaxyn’s escalating power-hunger and aggression, but Nathalian encourages Jaxyn to do whatever it takes to finally put the Gwen/Georgia/Sienna saga to rest.

Edwin remains bitter over the entire situation, seldom speaking to Nathalian and refusing to see him in person. When Reaper informs Edwin of a risky procedure that would restore his mobility…for a cost, Moira is adamant that he turn down the offer. With Reaper encouraging him to accept and reminding him of all that he has lost, Edwin is forced to make a decision that will impact his life forever.

If I Should Die

After Sevii commits an unspeakable act against her parents, Edwin struggles to keep the truth hidden from Nathalian and Blythe while simultaneously dealing with his business's explosive growth. Sevii deserves to be grounded, but Edwin realizes that he needs to promote her to full-time status to keep EDit Save afloat. And when he debates bringing in one additional team member, it becomes a war of the exes that has Edwin ready to snap his spectacles.

But that's not the only issue at foot. Edwin and Sevii's involvement in The Underground has driven Moira to the point of madness, especially as both of them grow chummier with Reaper to Moira's dismay. Determined to regain her confidence, Moira chooses to re-enter the workfield as a marketing manager. She dyes her hair, she enlists Céline-Jacqueminot as a permanent au pair, and she takes matters into her own hands concerning the questionable expiry date between her husband and his ruthless assassin of a baby momma.

With everyone wrapped up in their own dilemmas, Jaxyn continues to spiral relatively undisturbed. Nathalian and Reaper both grow to fear the unhinged teenager, especially as the extent of her indiscretions fully come to light. Blythe takes it upon herself to bring her youngest child back to reality, but before she can, a split-second mistake changes the whole of the Washingtons' family unit forever.

Pretty Little Monsters

As one member of the Avery Faction fights for their life, the rest of the faction and all of the Washingtons fight for their sanity. Butch declares that now is the time to bring another rogue into that faction, and that rogue must come from Belle Âme. Nathalian is utterly opposed to this suggestion, while Blythe feels jealous and betrayed that her TBI rules her out of the running. Butch gives his new rogue a test run before bringing them in officially, and their first assignment is to break into a home alongside Edwin and to clear out Avery-related physical and electronic components.

While Edwin wonders how the heck he is supposed to survive this assignment with a brand new rogue in tow, Jaxyn receives the brunt of Papi Fuego's punishment for being a thorn in his side. A faction war now looms between Avery and Fuego, and Agent Ciarda's continued sloppiness is to blame. Jaxyn promises to prove herself and sets off to stop Avery's agents—including her own uncle—from completing their clean-out quest.

Butch irons out a Get Out Of Jail Free card for Papi Fuego, and he wastes no time in hashing out the details with the psychotic rival faction leader. Agree, and an olive branch will be sent. Deny, and he will seek retribution for the attack on one of his agents. Papi Fuego is none too pleased with the fine print of the deal, but he's also not sure if an all-out unplanned war is the best idea. As Butch waits to hear Fuego's verdict, The Underground's rival families come to a head within a lone, dark cabin...
